Details:

All of the mounting studs are good on lights, all but 1 nuts included. I have included the vehicle side cut connector as shown in last photo. All the foam seals on lenses are present. Data suggests that this harness was used on Super Duty F-250/F-350 2008 - 2010, may also fit F-450 F-550 of the same year span, but you be judge.

Screw heads have a bit of rust but all screws turn out properly none seized. No rust in any of the bulb sockets. No cracks or scrapes to the lenses / just light wear, no repairs harness. I have seen other vendors state 1999 2016 fitment on their wiring harnesses but products are distinctly different from this 2-wire version.

The plug on this harness is a simple 2-wire connector.
